Robert Hand
Sometimes referred to as the "Dean of American astrologers," Robert Hand is perhaps the foremost and most psychologically competent writer of the so-called "cook books" listed below which have endless insights to offer astrologers of all levels. Richard Tarnas
Author of the non-astrological Passion of the Western Mind, academically acclaimed by many as the most insightful and eloquent account of Western intellectual history to date, this historian of ideas, psychologist, and philosopher is also an astrologer of the first rank. Professor at the California Institute of Integral Studies, Richard Tarnas, along with the eminent transpersonal psychologist Stanislav Grof, teaches the first graduate course at an accredited academic institution connecting astrology and serious transpersonal psychology.
