Just browsed through the "Yellow Brick Road" and now that I look back, I wish I had been in your group. You see, I was enrolled in the same class with a group that didn't mold the way I wished it could have. Anyways, I am formally asking that your homepage be linked to mine and vice versa. I think you'll like my homepage as much as I did yours. Thanks and god bless.

hi, thanks for signing my guestbook! Yes, Toronto is a really great city, I have been to Buffalo before, but me and my family have only had negative expiiriences, it really didn't seem to be that freindly of a place, most of it was run down, and people were rude to us. So, I saw your page, it was interesting, but what does this have to do with me????bye for now...

Paul, I first visited your page at the beginning of this class and must say, this one looks great. The layout and use of frames is very nice. Your group deserves great kudos for a job well done. I only wish I had more time and our group was a little more together this past summer. I think we could have provided a similar site. As it is, our page turned out like this.

Rick and his co-hearts in html...

I found out your web site address from the newsgroup
comp.internet.net-happenings, under new WEB sites categories.

So I'm here, and just from the main page of your website I
am immpressed. I have been playing around with html just for
the heck of it, but now it's time to get professional!!!

I have been tasked to create my company's website, and if I
do an outstanding job, a lot of good things could come my
way, or so the "grapevine" is saying at work. The company's
owner has a unique way of challenging his people. So I'm
going to use this site as my starting point since many of
them are so prefessional looking. I just have one question,
Rick.

What should I use as my html editor? There are so many
html editors out there, and I'm sure you know of them all.
Should I stay with what I'm using now, writing in Windows
3.1 Notepad, and saving it as a text file, or should I look
at something else?

Your feedback is important to me, and I welcome any suggest-
ions you or your co-hearts may have.

TIA (thanks in advance)

Regards,

Doug

Hello Everyone!

I just had to share with you some of the information I found about
our newest group member. I can't believe this kid is only 17, and he is
creating illustrations that look like they came from a seasoned pro in
one of the top Ad Agencies! He is from Tallin Estonia which is on the
out skirts of Russia. It is a harbour town off of the Baltic Sea in the

"Leaf and Ice", "The

Subject: So where are we
Date: Tue, 30 Jul 1996 21:44:21 -0700 (PDT)
From: John Halley & Dianne McKenzie
To: Entire Group

Hi group. From what I've seen things are looking really terrific. I have
a couple of questions. I seem to have lost our web page Url and can't link
from the page

http://www.buffnet.net/~paulk/bluprint.htm

to see how things are looking. Am I lost? Should there be a link from all
our postings to our Yellow brick road web site? Also, if you go to the
main campus and go through the directory I can't find our site either.
Shouldn't we link up to the class discussion in some way?

Also, there is so much great information on our frame pages that I wanted
to copy as source and text for future reference and when I try to copy I
get only the sidebar. How can we keep the information and linked URL's so
that when the class is over we can print out the info an use as needed?

Another question, are we ever meeting online at the #Campus-Lounge? I've
dropped in at various times and not found anyone. Is there a better
meeting place for Spectrum University students? or our group members? Do
I have the wrong Irc #? or time zone?

Can someone, perhaps Paul or Rick, list all the URL's for our sites so we
can have a complete address list? I save what comes through but some how a
list with addresses an description would be useful.

I really like all the suggestions and the work that has been done. The
animated characters are great touch. The idea concept behind the Web Page
is really great.

Subject: How to get info

Hi fellow class mate. I really appreciate all your work in
the advertising page. I wanted to copy the frame where
the text is and keep the info and source info for future
use. I found when I tried to save as it saved the sidebar
only. How do we keep the page info from our class and the
source of how it was made with the url's for the links?
All this info is overwhelming to remember and the need
for archive info to bne printed would be useful.
Perhaps you can reply to this via the whole group.

I was just going to talk to you about putting up
